Student-Led Walking Tour of Southold

We are so excited that fourth-grade students from the Southold School District will take turns guiding visitors through 14 landmark locations, sharing researched stories and local history at each stop along the way.

This engaging and educational experience is a collaboration between Southold Historical Museum and Southold Elementary School to celebrate our shared heritage through the voices of our young historians. The tour begins at 9:30 AM on June 6 at Southold Elementary School. It concludes around 11:30 AM at the Museum’s Maple Lane Complex, where we’ll celebrate the students’ hard work and dedication with Italian ices for all.
This event is free and open to the public. Comfortable walking shoes and water bottles are recommended.
