Honoring the Sacred Feminine

There is a deep well of wisdom that comes forth when we tap into the energy of the sacred feminine for guidance, healing and empowerment. Through self-inquiry, somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation we can develop a deeper connection to the innate wisdom and creative power we hold within while fully loving, honoring and appreciating all the different parts of ourselves.

This workshop includes:
60 minute Dynamic Flow Yoga Practice that incorporates somatic movement and poses that help unblock and bring forth balance to the 2nd Chakra
30 minute Guided Meditation
