Flexology Soft Opening — FREE Reformer Pilates Class!

Come celebrate the soft opening of Flexology Physical Therapy & Pilates, Southlake’s newest movement destination! We're inviting the community to experience our brand-new boutique Pilates studio—featuring 10 Reformers, certified instructors, and a welcoming environment where everybody belongs.

What’s Included:

• A free 50-minute Reformer Pilates class led by highly certified instructors (only 60 slots—first come, first served!)
• A Flexology goodie bag for all class participants, featuring Flexology merch and samples from our favorite health + wellness brands
• A coffee & matcha cart by from 10am–4pm
• Light pastries and refreshments throughout the day
• The opportunity to connect with wellness-minded individuals and meet some of the Flexology team!
