Learn how local farms, orchards, and residents navigated the "noble experiment" from 1920 to 1933 - when Connecticut defied federal law and everyday people found creative ways to keep the cider flowing. From legal loopholes to backroad stills, we’ll uncover how Southington’s agricultural roots played a central role in this fascinating era.
