Early Spring Foraging Class

Come learn how to safely and sustainably forage for your own wild plants and mushrooms this spring!

CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers and founder of eattheplanet.org Joe Ross will be co-teaching an Early Spring Foraging Class on Saturday, March 21st at 10:30 AM.

Class will consist of a 45-minute lecture where participants will learn how to positively identify and utilize spring fungi and plants. We will then go on a 45-minute walk where we will practice plant and mushroom ID.

Participants will receive a cup of medicinal mushroom tea to enjoy during the lecture.

We will run the class rain or shine.
