YOUR VITAL SELF: A Restorative Journey Into Your Greatest Aliveness

Vitality refers to our essential life force and our ability to transmit life, love, change, and blessing to the world around us. What do we (and the world) have to gain from protecting and prioritizing our own vitality? What does your vital self do? How does she move? How do they breathe? What do they feel like? What kind of thoughts does she have? Who benefits from your vitality? Who benefits from the lack of it? How do we revitalize ourselves when we have become drained?

In this two-hour experiential workshop we will use simple restorative and contemplative practices to connect with and cultivate our inner life force. Our time together will include gentle and restorative yoga and qi gong, simple therapeutic breathing practices, solo reflection time, partner sharing, and guided meditation.

We tend our vitality so that we can affect the world in the ways our soul is meant to. Come restore and renew your inner aliveness as a way to resource and inform your outer life.
