YEAR 7 IS HERE! and per tradition we are celebrating by offering ONE FULL WEEK OF FREE FITNESS CLASSES!

each year this week is the most exciting week of the year! full of energy, emotion, strength, and a ton of sweat!

the class schedule will be posted the week before to see which class styles will be offered and will be available to book then as well!
