By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a Sculpt Pilates class at my own risk. I understand that Pilates involves physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause injury. I am fully aware of the risks involved and understand that I should consult with a physician before beginning any physical activity.
