About the event

The Cost of War with Chris Causley
The Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society will present on the Cost of War.

The Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society is dedicated to preserving the stories of Michigan citizens who served and sacrificed, here and abroad, from WWI to the present. They also operate a museum that exhibits the actual equipment, weapons, uniforms and other artifacts that highlight the substantial impact that Michigan has contributed to the defense of democracy.


Presented by Chris Causley, a founding member and current president of the Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society in Eastpointe, Michigan. Chris served as a commissioner on the State of Michigan World War I Centennial commission. A long time collector, historian, modeler and vehicle restorer, he has narrowed his focus to capture and preserve the story of Michigan’s contributions to the defense of the nation from 1900 through today.
