About the event

Yoga for Kids at the Woods

Yoga classes are made fun using story, songs, games and poses including partner poses (age dependant). The classes help children to develop important skills in a supportive and non-competitive environment.

Class runs weekly weather permitting and is suitable for 6-12yrs.
