Womens Sunset Mindfulness Beach Session - 'Using the Beach to Build Connections to Nature'

‘Building Connection to Nature'- Ladies Sunset Beach session 🏖 🌊

This shorter beach session will look at how strong and resilient we are, like the rocks, shells and stones on the beach.

As this is a shorter session, no refreshments or goodie bag is included but feel free to bring a flask or alcoholic beverage 😆 and a blanket. Its a chance to connect to other women and give ourselves some much needed self care at this very difficult time.

This shorter session is just £10 and lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and will include 3 short mindfulness practices to increase our appreciation of what we can find on the beach.

Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park.
