Women’s Circle - Aquarius Full Moon

Gather with us in sisterhood with the expansive energies of the Aquarius Full Moon.This is a potent time to honour your unique essence, embrace visionary thinking, and reconnect with your soul’s calling as we explore themes of freedom, innovation, community and truth.

Through journaling, sharing circles, connection exercises and elemental ritual, we’ll release outdated limitations and awaken the courage to walk our own path. We'll begin to align with the airy energy of Aquarius by expanding our perspective and stepping fully into our authenticity.

We’ll nourish mind, body, and spirit through guided visualisation meditation and sound bath. Sip warm tea, attune to your inner wisdom, and honour this sacred moment of insight and liberation.

Arrival between 19:15-19:30. Upon arrival, please wait downstairs in the downstairs Nom Cafe until we come to collect you.

• Journal + pen
• Cosy clothing (pjs always welcome!!)
• Blanket / comforter + eye mask (if desired)
• Water
• Your lovely self, just as you are ❤️
