Our next self discovery women’s circle shall be in the new venue where I shall be keen to get your feedback on � on Thursday 7th August 7.30-9pmWe shall be coming together to work on “speaking our truth and opening our throat chakras “ we shall do this through a guided meditation, Breathwork designed to open the throat and heart , powerful shares , and energy clearing of the emotional chakras .
