🔥 About the Medicine WheelThe Wisdom Keepers Medicine Wheel is a sacred journey through the Four Directions and the Centre (the Hub). Each direction is spaced a minimum of 3 months apart, allowing time for deep integration, personal reflection, and embodiment of the teachings.

We begin in the South—the Way of the Serpent—the place where your healing journey unfolds. Here, like the serpent shedding its skin, we release the old stories, wounds, and limitations that have kept us bound. This is where we reclaim our power, step into the role of the healer, and begin the process of transforming pain into wisdom.

🌟 The Hero’s JourneyThis is not an easy path—it requires courage, humility, and the willingness to look within. But the rewards are profound. True healing arises when we face our shadows, honour our wounds, and take full responsibility for our lives. This is the essence of the Hero’s Journey—turning challenge into growth, and pain into power.

A mesa cloth (approx. 75cm–90cm square), made from a thick, durable material you feel drawn to—this becomes the foundation of your sacred medicine bundle

2 stones (natural recommended):

1 black or dark stone (palm-sized or larger)

1 white or light stone (palm-sized or larger)

Rattle

Pendulum

Drum (optional—we have a few available to borrow)

Strong feather or smudging fan (optional)

Shell or heatproof dish for smudging (optional)

Straight stick (approx. 30cm—bamboo, wood, etc.)

Special blanket for medicine work (optional but recommended)

Agua de Florida or similar cleansing water (available to purchase)

We have spare drums and rattles to lend if needed.

📖 Course Materials & CertificationAll students receive a beautifully designed, in-depth manual containing teachings, practices, and guidance. This allows you to fully immerse in the sessions without the need to take constant notes. Many find it becomes a treasured resource for ongoing healing and reflection.

A certificate of completion is awarded after each direction.
