Immersing yourself in mandala art allows you to be completely in the moment and put aside all the worries and distractions of the outside world and even the ever-present pressure of the mobile phone.
Escape the winter blues, the stress of everyday life, take a break from social media and rediscover time for yourself. Just switch off, literally and metaphorically.
Suitable for beginners or those with experience, all materials are provided and each session is fully guided. Held in a relaxed and calming space, just chose your paint colours and follow the step-by-step instructions to produce a beautiful piece of decorative art.
The class is held on the ground floor of the Friars Playgroup Shoeburyness with ample free parking, so is easily accessible for all.
Refreshments and cake will be available and vegans plus gluten free catered for.
