Buenos Aires, 1980s. Malena navigates a double life: by night, she's a dancer in a vibrant cabaret; by day, she answers calls for a telephone Hot line. The city is gripped by a series of brutal murders reported on radio and TV. One call shatters Malena's routine. It's not a client seeking fantasy, but a chilling voice on the other end of the line. A man calmly reveals himself as the city's notorious killer. He recounts specific, horrifying details of his past crimes and whispers a terrifying certainty: Malena is next.
