Super excited to be bringing back beach Pilates, starting in May! 😍
I have missed the sunshine, the music and coming together for a sunday morning Pilates session.
Please join me on the mat, located on the beach in front of the castle pub, Southend.
If you have your own mat, please bring it with you. The session is 1 hour, please arrive 10 minutes early if possible. Can't wait to see you there! 🫶🏽
