Dances, Lullabies and Meditations
Guitarist and composer Aaron Larget-Caplan returns to the Jacob Edwards Library for an exciting program exploring Spanish and flamenco music, a demonic waltz inspired by an Edgar Allan Poe story, two solos by the artist himself, and a world premiere for guitar and electronics that the composer Douglas Knehans writes, “seeks to marry the tears of clouds with those cloudy moments in our lives that likewise elicit tears.”
