Five wines and Five Courses all expertly explained!

Join us for a fun evening of Turkish food and Wine.Hosted by Cecile Berger from Hampshire Wine School they'll be Five Different courses from the Ottoman Kitchen Menu. Each course will be expertly paired with a different wine while will be explained by Cecil. There will of course be some unique Turkish wines.Please buy your tickets in advance to reserve your place!

1. LES OTTOMANS, TURKEY, SULTANA
SPINACH & FETA PARCELS (SIGARA BOREGI)
Long thin crispy pastry parcels filled with feta cheese & spinach

2. LES OTTOMANS, TURKEY, ÇALKARASI / GAMAY
STUFFED VINE LEAVES (YAPRAK SARMA) (v, gf)
Vine leaves sauteed with rice, onion, mint, dill, parsley, pine nuts and blackcurrant cooked in olive oil

3. FAUNE, CHARDONNAY, FRANCE
Chicken Tavuk Sarma
Chicken breast with fresh asparagus, diced carrot and melted halloumi cheese. Grilled until golden. Lamb

4. DOLUCA DLC, TURKEY, SHIRAZ
Patlican Kebab
Chargirlled aubegine with layers of lamb meatballs, sweet pepper bells and vine ripened tomatos.

5. ARZIMO, ITALY, RECIOTO DI SOAVE, GARGENEGA / Prosecco
