We live in a world where images virtual and actual bombard our senses. Jaded by this constant onslaught we have lost the capacity to see anything fully, truly and with depth. Culture, which at its best can be a means of connecting with ourselves and our purpose, has become a wilderness of distractions.

On this meditative day we will take the time to reduce external input and thereby to rediscover a hidden faculty, the Imagination - key to a life of connection, fulfilment, and self-realisation.

Expect a day of meditation, conversation and discovery in which we make contact with what has been termed ‘the true religion of the west’. It is a day supporting the full attention we’ll need to discover the mirrors that reflect our true selves, individual and collective.
