Three excellent bands grace the hallowed Hobbit stage for the first weekend of December!

Vexmantra sit somewhere between space rock and prog metal; a massive sound that is hard to classify, but easy to lose yourself in! Expect intricate soundscapes with plenty of chunky riffage from this instrumental trio!

Hail are a female-fronted symphonic metal 4-piece who have been kicking up a storm this year! Their style is a fantastic mix of classic Nightwish and Evanescence: soaring lead vocals entwined with crushing riffs delivered by an incredible rhythm section!

Shiversa are an exceptional alt-metal outfit with influences ranging from Deftones and Alice in Chains through to the heavy female-fronted vocals of Jinjer! Utterly sublime \m/ \m/
