In Biodanza we give and receive touch for comfort and with sensitivity to each other. In Biodanza there are no set dance steps to learn - we are not seeking to perform, the key is to connect with rhythm and our creative expression. Biodanza is open to all experience levels - from those who could be curious to try Biodanza to those who are on a deep development journey through the practice. Biodanza is full of choice and invitations, which means that it can be adapted for people from all ages, backgrounds, fitness levels. ?P͟r͟a͟c͟t͟i͟c͟a͟l͟i͟t͟i͟e͟s͟ ? ??????? ????- The room is open from from 2.45pm onwards, whilst we are completing any set up, ready to begin at 3pm. If you arrive and we have already started - please just enter quietly and join with us once you are ready. Front Door Access - The doors are open, enter the main door and keep going straight to the end of the corridor - the main hall is the last door on the right side. ? ???? ?? ???? ?- It's a good idea to bring a water bottle and to wear light and loose clothing, which you will feel comfortable to move in. We encourage to dance barefoot. ? ?????? ?????????? ?- After the session for anybody who may like to we can relocate somewhere different to continue socialising. We will advise during the session. ??? ??????????? - In the session the group will gradually together create a state of deep relaxation and on occasion explore themes such as sensual movement and affective touch- for this reason the events are limited to adults only. Jono began facilitating Southampton Biodanza Group 2 years ago. He is passionate about promoting dance and movement for personal development and wellness. Part of being well is the feeling of living in connection with community, which Jono seeks to strengthen. He spent 5 years training to become a Biodanza Facilitator training at the London School of Biodanza in from 2019 to 2023. ?? ????? Jo has spent over 25 years working in the corporate sector and developed an interest in new ways to bring innovation and creativity into her work, additionally with training in the Dance of Life Vital Development System. Jo has been running Dance of Life classes in Southampton since 2011. ?????? ???????? When Biodanza entered her life about 17 years ago, it was a huge turning point for her and Pavani began her teacher training in 2011. As an IBF registered facilitator, she currently lead workshops and monthly classes in and around the Wilts/Hants/Dorset region, including sessions for specialist groups. Biodanza continues to transform Pavani's life in so many ways; she sees it as a pleasure and inspiration to pay that gift forward. ????? ??????-????? Angie shares her open-hearted spirit full of generosity, fun and a sense of togetherness. Angie completed her Biodanza Facilitation Training at the London and Dorset Schools of Biodanza. Together with Pavani, Angie facilitates a weekly Biodanza Deepening group in Verwood, Dorset, for people with over 1 year of weekly Biodanza experience. ???? ????? ??????????? ???????? ?????????
