Iris Bahr is an actress, comedian, director, and writer. You’ve seen her in Hacks (playing opposite Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder), Friends (as Glenda in The One with Ross’s Tan), Curb Your Enthusiasm as Rachel Heinemann (The Ski Lift Episode), The King of Queens, and the series “Svetlana,” executive produced by Mark Cuban, which she also wrote directed for two seasons.
Iris has written and performed six solo shows. Her most recent show, Stories from The Brink, premiered in Montreal and won the 2024 Frankie Storytelling Award. Her other show, See You Tomorrow, was nominated for the 2024 Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding New play. Her critically acclaimed solo show, “DAI (enough)”, which she also performed at the United Nations for over 100 ambassadors and delegates, had a hit run Off-Broadway, has toured around the world, and won the prestigious Lucille Lortel Award for Best Solo Performance, as well as two Drama Desk and UK Stage Award nominations.
