Zen Active Soundbath - South Molton 2025

Come and enjoy a soul soothing sonic soundbath!

You get a deep meditative experience even from the first session.

I will use Himalayan bowls, an 80cm Sun Gong and Crystal Bowls with a gentle guided meditation to help guide you into a super deep relaxation. I will end the session with some therapeutic percussion that will gently bring you back to a waking state with some gentle guidance to help you process the session.

We will all gather at the end to enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea.
