Join Erin for an evening of inner calm and clarity in the Salt Cave.
Through the grounding practices of Pranayama (breathwork) and Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and meditative awareness.

This practice is designed to help you reconnect with your breath, quiet the mind, and create a stable foundation for meditation — all while reclining in the comfort of zero gravity chairs.

You'll also experience the natural healing benefits of halotherapy (salt therapy), enhancing your breathwork and promoting overall well-being.

No experience necessary — just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
