We'll begin with a slow, mindful tea ceremony to awaken the senses and invite presence into the moment. With tea in hand, you'll be guided through reflective journaling prompts that help you reconnect to your inner voice and release what no longer serves you.
As your mind softens and your body settles, you'll be invited to lie back and receive a deeply nourishing sound bath - designed to help you release tension, restore your energy, and come home to yourself.
The vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and ocean drum will gently wash over you, creating space for emotional clarity, peace, and renewal. Whether you are seeking rest, inspiration, or simply a moment of stillness, this experience is a gift to your nervous system and soul.
