Flow & Frequency a Creative Alochol Ink & Sound Bath Experience
A soulful morning of creativity and calm. In this unique workshop, you’ll explore the mesmerizing beauty of alcohol ink and intuitive painting, letting your imagination flow freely onto the canvas. No experience needed—just a willingness to play and express.

We’ll end with a deeply restorative sound bath in the Salt Cave, allowing your artwork and energy to settle into peaceful harmony.

To nourish your body as well as your spirit, enjoy a beautiful spread of vegan/gluten-free fruit and yogurt parfaits, along with cheese and crackers, thoughtfully curated to delight all palates.
