Sweet Pea & Me (Parent - Baby Yoga)

Join Erin Schifferli, parent of 4, and birth doula, for this opportunity to pause, breathe, move, and connect with your baby in a warm welcoming space.

This class will offer poses to support Mom and / or Dad postpartum with special attention given to the chest, neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, and abdominals. Stretch with your baby, and learn some gentle massaging techniques to soothe your little bundle, too. All levels welcome, no yoga experience necessary. Class will be 45 min of yoga with baby and 15 minutes of community connection time.
