How our meetings work: we take you step-by-step.
What you can expect:

There is no signup or lengthy registration process - you just show up and get started.

The meeting starts with a 30-minute workout designed so it can be modified for any fitness level. The workout is not required to participate in the group support meeting, but it is highly encouraged.

Immediately following the workout, everyone will circle up for the 60-minute group support meeting focused on that week’s topic.

Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance health for all individuals who suffer from all forms of mental health issues, addiction, depression, and other life challenges by offering free group exercise, support meetings, nutritional coaching, and mental health counseling.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be recognized and acknowledged as a community of support and a safe space for people to be themselves, speak their minds, and recover. As a non-profit organization, Move to Heal seeks to make recovery possible by providing these free services. MTH partners with gyms to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment with fitness classes (and coaching), followed by non-denominational group support and recovery meetings. We encourage our members to bond physically through workouts, and on an emotional level at meetings. At Move to Heal - stigma evaporates, and EVERYONE is welcome!
