Yoga in the Park

Feel strong, centered, and energized with Yoga in the Park!

Join instructor Jerome Jackson for an outdoor yoga experience designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and challenge your practice - all while enjoying the beauty of nature. This is an all-levels power yoga class, meaning you can expect some advanced poses, but Jerome will offer modifications and support to help you grow at your own pace.

Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or try something new, this class is a refreshing way to connect mind, body, and breath under the evening sky.

Bring your own mat or rent one for $5.
