Attention Homeschool Families, Friends, and Curious Minds!
Come join us for a day full of learning, exploring, and hands-on fun at our family farm located on the southern edge of Middleboro, right on the Carver/Wareham line. We’ll be diving into the wonders of the cranberry bloom and the amazing world of local pollinators — including a special appearance by our friends from FoxRock Bee Farm!
What to Expect: Learn about cranberry blooms and the regenerative farming techniques we use here on the farm — we farm with nature in mind! Discover the important role of bees in pollination and the environment. Make your very own bog in a cup to take home as a souvenir! Pack a picnic, enjoy the fresh air, and let your children explore and immerse themselves in nature.
This special Homeschool Day is all about nurturing curiosity, connecting with the land, and giving kids (and adults!) a chance to experience the beauty of regenerative farming up close.
We can’t wait to see you at the farm! Grab your tickets and get ready for a fun, educational day in nature!
JJ's Ice Cream Express will be joining us with some summer cool treats!
Highlights of the Day:

Bee Talks with FoxRock Farms
The stars of our farm may be the cranberries, but let’s not forget about the incredible little creatures that help make the berry from the little white bloom: the bees! We’re thrilled to welcome a special guest from FoxRock Farms to teach us about these essential pollinators and how they play a key role in the success of crops like cranberries.
Wagon Rides around the Bogs
Hop on a wagon and ride through the picturesque cranberry bogs.
Bog in a Cup
Learn all about the layers that make up the cranberry bog. Make your own bog in a cup to take home and grow!
Self-Guided Discovery Walk & Regenerative Scavenger Hunt
Put on your explorer hats and set off on a self-guided walk around the bogs. There will be a dozen or so Did you Know signs along the way to fill your curiosity about all you see around the farm. Keep an eye out! You’ll be hunting for birds, bugs, and frogs as you explore this cranberry ecosystem.
