Join me for a heartfelt and intimate Reiki I Workshop, where you'll be introduced to the gentle yet powerful practice of Reiki. My own journey with Reiki began over 25 years ago, and I’ve come to deeply trust in its ability to transform, uplift, and support healing on all levels body, mind, heart, and soul.
This one-day experience offers:
✨ A safe, non-judgmental space to explore your connection to energy
✨ Reiki I attunement, there are 4, opening the door to working with Reiki energy for life
✨ Encouragement of your innate intuition
✨ A printed manual, certificate, and a journal to support your reflections
✨ Guided hands-on practice and supportive group sharing
✨ Nourishing refreshments, a light lunch, and afternoon tea
✨ Gentle facilitation with kindness and unconditional acceptance
Whether you're beginning your spiritual journey or deepening an existing one, this workshop is a sacred space to reconnect with your inner healer.
There will be a follow up Reiki share day in early July that you are welcome to attend to ask any questions and to be able to both give and receive with other practitioners.
