Rock N Release

Through a combination of rock music, yoga postures, and burning $h!t, Rock-N-Release offers a cleansing practice to move stored emotions out of the physical and energetic bodies. At Rock-N-Release: Low & Slow the physical practice will be similar to the characteristics of doom metal, low notes, slow tempo, and repetitive rhythms. The postures will be mostly supported and held for a few minutes at a time. Just like at concerts, leave your inhibitions at the door — screaming and shouting is perfectly acceptable and will be encouraged at times! If you’re in need of a healthy release, or just want to practice yoga along to metal music, sign up for this special event!
