Doula & lactation pro Kelli Brien, IBCLC covers pain-free latch, building a pumping plan for work or school, and quick diaper-bath-cord routines that keep rashes away. Ideal for first-timers and anyone still figuring things out at 2am. Classes are held at the Beacon Resource Center, 4210 Lincoln Way W (right on Transpo Route 4).

You'll learn:

🔹step-by-step deep-latch technique (works for flat nipples)
🔹scheduling pumps around break rules and supply drops
🔹review of safe sleep and newborn care
🔹how to get breastfeeding supplies and support
