Deep Rest is a 90-minute nervous-system reset designed for people who feel constantly ‘on,’ stressed, or tense. If you struggle to relax, sleep deeply, or turn off your mind, this workshop is for you.
Through intention-setting, ambient soundscapes, nourishing hot tea, supported restorative postures, slow breath, and guided relaxation and reflection, you’ll experience what it feels like to let your body shift out of stress and into true rest.
Using the techniques and postures of restorative yoga, this workshop will help your body remember how to feel safe. Leave feeling grounded, emotionally lighter, and deeply restored—not just relaxed, but reset.
Wear cozy, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one. If not, mats are available at the studio. All other props and supplies will also be provided.
