C.A.R.E. Resource Fair

The St. Joseph County Department of Health is partnering with The Salvation Army Kroc Center to offer FREE health services and connection to local resources just in time for the school year!

Free services & information to include:
- Immunizations
- Vision screenings
- Mental health resources
- Youth resources
- Maternal & infant health resources
- Blood pressure checks
- Lead testing
- Housing resources

We are excited to support families as we head into the new school year! To help our team serve everyone fairly and efficiently, each child is also eligible to receive ONE school uniform (top & bottom) during the event (while supplies last).

To receive a uniform, please bring one of the following for each child:
- Birth certificate
- Insurance card with child's name
- School ID or report card
- Any official document showing the child's name and date of birth
