I’m hosting an intimate women’s circle this Saturday at 5:00pm at Kaleidoscope and I would love to invite you in.
This month’s theme is Expansion stepping into a higher frequency, shedding old layers that no longer match who you’re becoming, and opening your body to a new energetic version.
�A gentle grounding practice
�A heart-opening cacao ceremony
�Somatic release + energetic shedding
�Journaling + reflection to anchor the shift
�Integration with lavender wheat eye masks (yours to take home)
Please bring:
� A journal + pen
� An open heart
� Toilet note: The bathrooms are across the park, so please go before the session begins.
Exchange: $40 per person
