Find Your Inner Compass: A 3 hour workshop for Women with Stephanie

This workshop is designed for women seeking clarity and direction in life by reconnecting with their body's wisdom. Join us for a supportive and transformative afternoon where we'll use mindfulness practices, creative body awareness exercises, and guided introspection. You'll learn to truly listen to your physical and emotional sensations, allowing you to uncover your authentic desires, values, and needs.

This deeper connection with yourself fosters clarity and intuition, helping you make decisions with greater confidence and in alignment with your personal goals. Many participants leave feeling more grounded and empowered, trusting their body's signals to guide them towards more deliberate and fulfilling life choices.

You'll also become part of a supportive community where women can share experiences and insights, fostering mutual understanding and encouragement. This workshop ultimately leads to enhanced self-awareness, improved decision-making, and a more holistic path to personal growth and fulfillment.

Investment: $110, concession card holders $66, includes all art materials and afternoon tea.
