Come play... there's plenty of room and all are most welcome... bring family and friends, as well!
I provide percussion instruments, and bring your own favorites.

I share fun and easy tips for beginners as we explore playing rhythm instruments—no experience needed!
By getting into a strong groove—personally and as a community—we reinforce patterns of attitude and action that help us live the lives we truly choose.

Together, we go on a guided Rhythm Journey, a step-by-step experience I've designed to activate and embody powerful Life Rhythms that help us stay grounded, focused, energized and joyfully connected to ourselves and with each other.
