Hello everyone,
I'm Ruth Lera, a new resident of East Sooke. I've just moved here from the Yukon (after living there for nearly 30 years). I brought my daughter to University in Victoria and was also ready for a change, and honestly done with the long winters. So now I am here in East Sooke for the time being and loving it so far.
I'm a meditation teacher, Energy healer, writer and artist. I ran my own Energy School called New Earth Energy School for three years.
Coming up in January I'm offering a two day Art/Meditation pop-up in East Sooke.
Sunday January 11th and Monday January 12th I will have my art, books and other published materials displayed for folks to browse, and I'll be present to answer questions, and we will do some meditating together.
Candace Keeling has generously provided her place on Llanilar so that I can present my art to you and offer two free Guided Meditation Sessions.
(Candace and I are also working on retreat plans for June!)

Sunday January 11th:
1pm to 5pm (Group Guided Meditation at 4pm)
Monday January 12th 10am to 5pm (Group Meditation at Noon).
