Garden Camp at Sonoma Garden Park (Ages 6-11)

This summer, join Camille and Jonny at Garden Camp and become a Junior Naturalist in training! Throughout the week, campers will complete nature STEM experiments, make art pieces using natural materials, and learn how to be a good friend to the earth and its inhabitants, all culminating in the award of their Sonoma Ecology Center Junior Naturalist certificate. With the garden as their playground, campers are given a safe space to explore, learn, build, and create to the beat of their own drum. Facilitated activities include scavenger hunts, fabric art, bubble wands, bug hut building, animal tracking, making forts, and more! From team-building challenges to wildlife enactments, Garden Camp promises an enriching, memorable experience that children will take with them into the school year.

Dates: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm

Session 1: June 9-13
Session 2: June 23-27
Session 3: July 14-18
