Sonoma in Season: A Spring Pairing Experience
 Celebrate the bounty of Sonoma Valley with Sonoma in Season, an intimate and elevated evening hosted by Prema Kerollis, Co-Founder of Three Sticks Wines, and Chef Armando Navarro of El Dorado Kitchen.
The night begins at the historic Adobe at Three Sticks with a welcome wine reception and passed bites, followed by a seated multi-course dinner fireside at El Dorado Hotel. Chef Armando will debut a brand-new tasting menu created exclusively for this one-night event, showcasing the vibrant flavors of spring and the richness of local Sonoma ingredients.
Each dish will be paired with exceptional wines from the Three Sticks cellar, including never-before-released vintages and rare selections from Billy Price’s personal collection, offering guests a truly unforgettable culinary journey.

• Steak tartare with summer truffles
• Savory mushroom tart with shallot, garlic, thyme & cream
• Yukon Gold potato with caviar, egg, crème fraîche & chives
Mingle in this iconic Sonoma setting with hosts Prema Kerollis, co-founder of Three Sticks Wines, and Chef Armando Navarro of El Dorado Kitchen, before strolling over to the Fireplace Lounge for an intimate, seated dinner for just 20 guests.
