Stuffed Animal Veterinary Clinic with Tandem Vets

Join us for a fun and educational event as a vet tech from Tandem Vet Care (and a group of plush toy dogs!) teaches kids about animals and their care.

First, there will be a lively, informal talk about what it’s like to visit the vet: What happens when a dog has a sore paw? Why do cats get checkups? And what should you do when you meet a dog for the first time?

Next, the children will practice “paw wrapping” using the plush dogs and fun paw print gauze. Each child will get to take their bandaged buddy home!

After that, we'll read a Paw Patrol story, do a simple craft project, and there will be time for the kids to ask questions.

Recommended for kids age 2 and older and their caregivers.
