THE WRECK OF THE BROKER

On February 6, 1951. the commuter train known as the Broker derailed at the Woodbridge station killing 85 passengers and injuring hundreds more, to become the deadliest rail accident in NJ history. Author and historian Gordon Bond chronicled the details of the tragic event in his book, "MAN FAILURE: The Story of New Jersey's Deadliest Train Wreck", and will share them in a informative presentation to an intimate audience at the Historic Hageman House.

Tickets are $15 ($12 for Friends of the Meadows Foundation)
Light refreshments will be served.
