Sound Bath & Yoga

What is a sound bath?
Everything can be connected to a frequency. By using singing bowls, we can help align the frequencies within our own body.
There is a singing bowl for each of the seven main chakras in our bodies. Christina will guide in a sound bath for 30 minutes after Haily's easy 30 minutes of meditative yoga.

Yoga positions are for any level. There are yoga mats or chairs provided for those that need. If you don't feel comfortable doing the yoga, you are more than welcome to do light stretches or just sit and meditate through breath work.
