About the event

Leaf and Feather Farms Nature Walk
Join us every 4th Saturday in 2025 on a nature walk to explore the flora and fauna of southeast Michigan.

April's walk will be held in conjunction with Somerset Township's Earth Day Celebration at McCourtie Park! We will spend an hour wandering the edges of the woods and creek, observing the offerings of springtime in Michigan.

Meet at the entrance of the park. Once our walk is complete, join us for the rest of the Earth Day festivities. The Earth Day Celebration goes until 2pm and will include educational vendors, games, a scavenger hunt, artwork, and a food truck!

Our walk and the Earth Day Celebration event are free to attend though donations are welcome.
