In this demonstration class, you will learn the fundamentals of preserving fruits to create flavorful spreads that complement a variety of selections. By the end of the class, you'll leave with the confidence to recreate these delicious combinations at home. Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef
Length: Approximately 2 hours
Format: Demonstration. Class will be taught by the chef instructor, with the opportunity for class members to be invited into the kitchen and assist with certain portions of the recipes. Everyone in the class will be able to enjoy the menu items made during the class.
Location: Second floor. Please note the second floor can ONLY be accessed via stairs.
Restrictions: Classes are for participants aged 18 and older. Children aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
