Join us on the second Sunday of each month from 9:30am-11:30am on sand and in the sea as we navigate the Waves of Grief and loss together, building connection and community. Bring your own gear to enjoy the Ocean how you feel best: Swim, Surf, Boogie/Body Board, Stretch, Stroll alongside the waves.
All ocean experiences welcome. This is a donation based year-round Ocean + Surf Therapy program that allows for flow and meaningful connection supported by the ocean and hosted by our global Waves of Grief collective.
