YOUTH T-BALL PROGRAM - MINIS

Minis t-ball is the perfect introduction to the sport for ages 3 to 5! It is an instructional and recreational eight class youth t-ball program designed for preschoolers to have fun while learning rules and skills of the game. Kids practice the fundamentals of t-ball like throwing and catching the ball, batting off the tee, and in most cases, going the right way around the baseball diamond through fun drills and games. The focus in this program is on inclusion, teamwork, sportsmanship, and building confidence. Minis do not play official games or keep score; it is all about fun and learning! This program is co-ed and led by YMCA staff. This program requires family involvement to help encourage the most fun and participation. Classes with scrimmages are held once per week.
