Beginner Yoga with McKenzie

I warmly invite you to meet me on the mat every Saturday starting this week! I will be offering an introduction to yoga philosophy as a lifestyle practice, yoga poses which we call asanas, breathwork also known as pranayama, and proper alignment strategies for safety. During this class we will ground down into our bodies sensing the world without and within. With awareness and presence we will follow our breath into the poses, noticing the beauty within and all around us.

This is an offering to our incredible community, so this class is charged on a pay scale $5-$20, pay what you can. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes and I will see you there! Namaste 🌸
